The Weather Info PlugIn allows you to display local weather information over desktop Wallpaper

After downloading, double-click the downloaded file in Windows Explorer to start the installer.
How to configure the plugin
Open the Wallpaper Slideshow Pro configuration window and go to the plugin configuration window. See this tutorial if you don't know how to do it.
If you don't see the plug in the Wallpaper Slideshow list then you need to download and install the plugin.
First of all the PlugIn must be enabled by checking the control "Enable PlugIn". Then you must enter your location name (city or city,country code), for example "Sunnyvale,CA" or "Paris,FR" (without quotes !). Click on Preview button to check if data provider found the right location.
On June 2021 Yahoo closed its free weather API so the plugin now provides some additional weather data providers, choose the provider which gives the best forecasts for your area.
After you configured your location the plugin is ready to display weather info. If you wish you can customize style, icons, text and background. Here are some examples:
