END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") before installing or using gPhotoShow Pro ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to its terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. This Agreement is between you (an individual or legal entity) and the publisher of gPhotoShow Pro ("Publisher").
1. License Grant and Permitted Use
The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee after the evaluation period, the Publisher grants you a non-exclusive right to install and use the Software as follows:
1.1 Personal, non-commercial use. A personal license is assigned to one individual (the "Licensed User"). The Licensed User may install and use the Software on any number of computers that they own or control, provided that the Software is used exclusively by that individual for personal, non-commercial purposes. If another person regularly uses the Software on any of those computers, that person must obtain a separate license. Occasional access to a computer by another person, without using the Software, does not require another license.
1.2 Business and professional use. For any business, professional, commercial, institutional, or other work-related use, one license is required for each computer on which the Software is installed or used. This rule applies regardless of how many people use that computer and includes work performed from home. A license assigned to one computer does not authorize use on additional computers.
1.3 Mixed use. If the Software is used for both personal and business or professional purposes on a computer, the business and professional licensing rule applies to that use.
1.4 Additional licenses. You may purchase additional licenses as necessary to cover other individual users or computers under the applicable rules. License keys and registration credentials must not be shared with or transferred to people who are not entitled to use them, except as permitted under Section 4.
2. Evaluation and Registration
The Software may be installed and used without charge for evaluation purposes for up to 30 days. Continued use after the evaluation period requires a valid paid license. Registration and activation details, where applicable, are supplied at purchase. The evaluation copy remains subject to the other provisions of this Agreement.
3. Copies and Distribution
You may copy and redistribute the complete, unmodified, unregistered evaluation version of the Software, including this Agreement and all notices, provided that you do not misrepresent its origin, claim ownership, or charge a separate fee for the Software itself. Inclusion in a commercial product, paid collection, or other commercial distribution requires the Publisher’s prior written permission. You must not distribute a registered copy, license key, or other registration credential.
4. Transfers
You may transfer a purchased license to another person or entity, subject to applicable law, provided that you cease all use under the transferred license, remove or deactivate your registered copies as appropriate, do not retain or use the associated license credentials, and the recipient accepts this Agreement. A license must not be split among multiple recipients. Any mandatory statutory transfer rights remain unaffected.
5. Restrictions and Intellectual Property
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Publisher and its licensors. You may not modify, adapt, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the Software, or remove copyright or proprietary notices, except where permitted by applicable law or with prior written permission. Reverse engineering, decompilation, and disassembly are restricted only to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Software and its associated documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Updates and Security Support
The Publisher may make software updates, including security updates, available for supported versions. Information about supported versions, security support periods, and how to obtain updates is published at https://www.gphotoshow.com/. This Agreement does not by itself promise free upgrades to future major versions. Nothing in this section limits updates or other remedies required by applicable law.
7. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect unless terminated. If you materially breach its terms, the Publisher may terminate the license to the extent permitted by applicable law. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete registered copies and license credentials in your possession or control, except where retention is legally permitted. Termination does not affect rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Warranty and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided “as is” and without warranties other than those expressly stated or required by law. The Publisher does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including mandatory rights relating to conformity of digital content and security updates.
9. General Provisions
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. This Agreement does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws. Any purchase-related rights, including statutory withdrawal or refund rights where applicable, are governed by applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase.
