Start playback from a random point

This option isn't working for me anymore for the last few versions. I have a video wich is 1 hour long. I tried the DX and the GL Version.
Went something lost or has something changed wich needs a reconfiguration?

Hello,
unfortunately there is a problems with VLC, with some kind of media files the sequence of operations required for playing at random position causes VLC to hang, I changed the order now it doesn't hang but for some media it is not able get media duration.
I will try to fix this issue in a next update

this problem should be fixed in v9.0.7, now when VLC is not able return a valid video duration gPhotoShow uses another method, hopefully now it will work for all video formats
