Export and import of settings possible?

Is it possible to export / import settings of Wallpaper Slideshow Pro?
No, it is not possible from the program. However settings are saved in a file named wallpapersspro.wgs in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\WallpaperSSPro
You can simply copy the that file and restore it when you wish provided the program is not running otherwise it will overwrite it.
