Taskbar hiding file info

Prefer file info at the bottom of image but hidden by taskbar. How to move file info a bit higher?

Open WallpaperSS settings, click on Options, Images Info page, click on "Text..." button near the Footer field then in the box labeled "Text Position" increase vertical margin
