shift key error

Like the product but had to uninstall as 'shift key' stopped workin with 's' (no letter 'S' would appear when using shift). Any suggestions why how this could happen.

Probably you configured Shift-S as hotkey, you should not use any simple combination as Shift and a letter or Ctrl and a letter. It is better to use Ctrl-Shift-Letter or Win-Shift-Letter
