Hello,
I am trying the software out before I purchase it. I am attempting to make a slideshow for hallway monitors/TV's that wont stop once I move the cursor(mouse).
I would like to be able to start it and then log out of the monitor so it can run continuously. Any help would be appreciated.

It is not possible to explain here how to configure gPhotoShow Pro, as first step I would advise you to take a look at these tutorials:

To keep the slideshow running even when you move the mouse take a look at the "Slideshow Options" page, there you can choose what the program should do when you move mouse, hit a key and so on.
