In the Multiple Monitors section, i chose Split Screen ... Horizontal 2 and Vertical 2.
The four images displayed switch all to the next images simultaneously.
Is there a Setting so the image changes are distributed through the cycle?
Example:
I chose 20 seconds Image Display time in the Image section.
The idea is that the first image changes at 0 seconds, the second image at 5 seconds until the fourth image changes at 15 seconds.
Then it starts over with the first image again.

I also have videos. I ticked "Each Monitor has its own timing..." to have the movies played fully (length between 60 and 90 seconds).
Maybe there is a contradiction with that too.

I attached the configuration. I am using the recent Version 11, i just bought today.

The operating logic of gPhotoShow with multiple monitors is as follows:
When the "Each monitor has its own timing" setting is enabled, each monitor operates independently of the others. If you set a display time of 5 seconds, each monitor will change image every 5 seconds. Videos will also play independently.
When the "Each monitor has its own timing" setting is NOT enabled, gPhotoShow displays the first image on all monitors, then changes image on each monitor sequentially. If you set a time of 5 seconds, it will change image on one monitor every 5 seconds; with a 2x2 split, it will take 20 seconds to change image on all monitors. However, if a monitor is displaying a video, image changes will not occur until the end of the video.

Unfortunately it is not possible to mix the two operating modes
