There's probably an easy fix for this but I've been reading and searching for an hour. The images I take vertically with my camera are automatically rotated on the camera and on my windows machine. Is this something I need to do with my file or there a setting I'm missing to cause these images not to show up vertical in the slideshow? I'm loving this program BTW, amazing lot of configuration options.

In the page Images->Display Options make sure the checkbox "Automatically rotate images..." is ticked.
If it is ticked but images are not rotated then it means the exif orientation tag is not in synch with image orientation.
