How did you configure auto-resize ?
make sure it is set to "Stretch and Crop" and NOT "Fill empty space..."
if still doesn't work go to Interface page, enable error logging. restart the program, change wallpaper then get the log file and send it to me as private message.

No problem, there is also a bug in WallpaperSS, "Auto Fit" was supposed to work regardless of that setting
And also the "Auto Resize" window should be modified for the same reason, maybe I will add another slider for auto-fit. You will see it in the next update
