Error libomp140x86_64.dll

I can't install the new version 5.2.0 x64.
I am getting the error libomp140x86_64.dll is missing.

Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

A component needed by a new feature was missed in the installer, now it's fixed.
Download and install again, now it would work.
