I have set up my video folder and my picture folder but I can only seem to run one or the other but not both at the same time. I was under the impression that both would play together randomly

yes, gPhotoShow Pro displays pictures and video randomly. The folder with video files must be added in the "Video and animations" page, then click on the "View Files" button to see which files gPhotoShow found. For some file types gPhotoShow needs VLC player, see faq #24

Well sadly my little pc stick died while trying to set this up so I have to wait for another one but Like I said the video files played fine. Just not together with the pics.
