Although I have the the other program installed (Inno) my screensavers only install to the computer and doesn't show up in the desktop Personalize-Screensaver folder at all. So I have to click on it in start-all programs to make it run which defeats the purpose since it's suppose to run when I'm away from my computer.

Any help would be appreciated

I didn't understand very well your problem, please take a look at this tutorial:

The installer created by Innosetup is the file you must run to install the screen saver in the target system, it copies the screen saver to the windows folder so it can be used as screen saver, in addition it optionally set your screen saver as the default one.
