screensaver stuttering

i made a multiscreen screensaver for a client.
everything works well on all my machines,
but on the client system it is stuttering.
it starts out fine and after two or three seconds seconds continues with stutterin.

it's three HD screens on a Nvidia Quadro K600 GraCard and windows 8.1.
no intense tasks running in the background that would use a lot of cpu/gpu.
jpgs for the screensaver are around 1 MB and in panorama mode.
screensaver is running with high privileges.

could someone point me in a direction where to look for problems?
did anyone have similar problems so far?

Hello,
it's hard to say what is causing stuttering, usually it is caused by a background program that uses lots of cpu time or it is using the hard disk. For example an antivirus scan.
A couple of things that could help are:
- Build the screen saver with gPhotoShow Pro 7.1.0 or newer which contains small DirectX improvements.
- Untick the option "Enable DirectX antialias if available"
Other optimization options should be available on the nVidia control panel but I never used the Quadro adapter so I know which options are available.

Hi Gianpaolo

Thx for your answer!

I can slowly narrow down the problem, but still don"t have a solution:
We are using two Nvidia Quadro K600 cards to run 3 HD screens - this apparently causes the stutter, no matter what settings i use for the screensaver.
I assume it has something to do with refresh rates/fps, but i'm still experimenting.
Stuttering also appears if i set "multiple monitors" - "display method" to "a different image on each monitor" or "only one image on one monitor sequentially".
If i test the same screensaver on my personal triple monitor setup with just one ATI card it runs fine.
Maybe someone had a similar issue yet?
