Re: Another video question/issue
Looks like this was an issue with the PS as it was dead this morning and wouldn't power back on. I swapped in another PS and will see what happens. Thanks for the prompt responses.

Re: Another video question/issue
I don't see anything that says "error" or "exception", but the two times it's happened since I enabled logging I see this: 25-8-2019 14:36:5 : TestCooperativeLevel: 88760868 25-8-2019 14:36:5 : D3DERR_DEVICELOST 25-8-2019 14:36:6 : TestCooperativeLevel: 88760868 25-8-2019 14:36:6...

Another video question/issue
I'm trying to troubleshoot whether GPS is having an issue playing a certain video or not. Is there any logging I can enable to see if there is an error? Basically what is happening is that most videos play fine, but every now and then GPS will act like it's going to play one, but then the screen jus...

Re: Problems with videos, then with updating versions
Hmm, my experience with videos was that I'd see the photowall for quite some time, then a video would play, then it'd go back to photowall for quite some time again. My video collection is quite small when compared to images (250k plus), so that made perfect sense to me. as I don't want to see all t...

Problems with videos, then with updating versions
Last night I decided to convert 263 video clips GPS uses to mp4. Afterwards, I opened GPS settings and made sure it saw the files had been updated, and restarted the screensaver. For some reason, it started playing all the clips back to back, with little to no pause in between (FYI the clips range f...

Re: Problems disabling always on top
Thanks, that's what I needed! Would it be possible to make that an option within GPS Pro instead of having to add to the registry?

Problems disabling always on top
Hi, I created a couple of new slide shows, but I'm having issues getting always on top disabled when they're running. It seems to work fine on the regular .scr file, but none of the .gss files work. I prefer to manually run the screen saver, then use Alt+Tab to toggle between whatever else I have op...

Performance degradation after moving files across network
I frequently transfer files from my HTPC to my NAS, and afterwards notice that PhotoWall slows down quite a bit. Sometimes it is nearly stopped. I run a Gigabit LAN, but have 2 PC's running PhotoWall, 1 running the regular slideshow across 4 monitors, and now I also stream music from a server to the...
