Auto start and other questions

Post by Dynamite »

I am interested in purchasing the license but first I would like to confirm if this is possible:

-Can it start with Windows and in Desktop mode?
-Can "Pan & Zoom" be used together with Morph effects?

Thanks!

Yes but with current version requires to manually copy the shortcut in the windows startup folder.
Here is a procedure:
From gPhotoShow Pro click on Tools button -> Create a shortcut to this slideshow...
From the displayed dialog Choose Desktop
Now on the desktop you have a new shortcut, something like "Start Slideshow MySlideshow"
Copy the shortcut to startup folder, to open the startup folder press Win+R and enter shell:startup

Another way is to use the function "Auto start this slideshow" in "System Settings" page but then you will have to use regedit to change the /s parameter to /sd in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\gPhotoShowPro

The next update will have an option to do this.

No, Pan&zoom always uses a fade transition.

Thank you. Is there any possibility that it will be implemented in a future update?

there is always the possibility to do something but for the moment there is no plan to customize the transitions in pan&zoom.
