I just installed the GPhotoShow Pro about an hour ago.
I went through the configuration.
I was not able to determine how to change the analog clock to a digital clock.
Any advice would be appreciated.

This plugin implements an analog clock, not a digital one.
There is no need to use plugins to display current time using digits, just go to Images -> Information tick the option "Display current time/date" and click on settings button to set you preferences.
