My preferred photo editor (picasa) creates a hidden folder containing backups of unedited photos. Is there a setting that would allow me to not display hidden folders? I discovered the global exclusion setting and believe I can tell it to skip .picasaoriginals folders by name. Testing that now. I was wondering if it would be possible to simply skip any hidden folder?

Picasa is not alone, several programs create hidden folders with backups and previews for this reason in the next update gPhotoShow will have an option to exclude all hidden files and folders.
