Re: A Bit Surprised at this...

Hello, the problem is that windows doesn't work in the way you wish, there is no way to leave a monitor "untouched". Windows has only one wallpaper for the whole desktop, you can't have something handled by you and something else handled by the program, it can't work in this way. Wallpaper...

Re: Black screen issue

Screen savers are started by windows with limited user rights for this reason displayed pictures must not be inside another user profile. Make sure pictures displayed by gPhotoShow are stores outside users folders, they should be stored inside something like c:\my pictures, otherwise it is possible ...

Re: gPhotoShow runs out of memory while scanning folders

the main reason for having a 64 bit version is to be able to use more than 3Gb of memory, speed improvement is marginal, the best thing you can do to improve image load time is to keep image size to the minimum required for the screen, loading and resizing big images needs time and is a cpu intensiv...

Re: Feature Request: PhotoWall mode

Version 8 will add up-down direction, about left-right and right-left at the moment there is no plan to implement it but maybe it will be implemented later after version 8 is delivered.

Re: Switching between different slideshows

Unfortunately it is not possible to change monitor configuration without screen flickering, gPhotoShow creates a window for each slideshow and when changing configuration it has to close windows and open them again, for this reason it can't be done on-the-fly. Even if I implement the function inside...

Re: gPhotoShow runs out of memory while scanning folders

Hi, 64 bit version is almost ready and It will definitely be included in Version 8, however at the moment I can't say when it will be released, there some things left to do. I hope to complete it within few months. However I am really wondering why you need a 64 bit version, current version is alrea...
