Re: Black screen issue
Screen savers are started by windows with limited user rights for this reason displayed pictures must not be inside another user profile. Make sure pictures displayed by gPhotoShow are stores outside users folders, they should be stored inside something like c:\my pictures, otherwise it is possible ...

Thank you very much for your suggestions. About Chromecast I investigated some time ago but it was not possible for pc programs to support Chromecast, maybe things changed I will check again.

Re: creating groups
Hi, each item in WallpaperSS images list (the list in main settings window) can be assigned to a group. The first thing to do is to create the groups, then for each folder in the main list assign a group, this can be done by click on the folder line and using the drop down control labeled "This...

Re: gPhotoShow runs out of memory while scanning folders
the main reason for having a 64 bit version is to be able to use more than 3Gb of memory, speed improvement is marginal, the best thing you can do to improve image load time is to keep image size to the minimum required for the screen, loading and resizing big images needs time and is a cpu intensiv...

Re: Feature Request: PhotoWall mode
Version 8 will add up-down direction, about left-right and right-left at the moment there is no plan to implement it but maybe it will be implemented later after version 8 is delivered.

Re: Switching between different slideshows
Unfortunately it is not possible to change monitor configuration without screen flickering, gPhotoShow creates a window for each slideshow and when changing configuration it has to close windows and open them again, for this reason it can't be done on-the-fly. Even if I implement the function inside...

Re: gPhotoShow runs out of memory while scanning folders
Hi, 64 bit version is almost ready and It will definitely be included in Version 8, however at the moment I can't say when it will be released, there some things left to do. I hope to complete it within few months. However I am really wondering why you need a 64 bit version, current version is alrea...

Re: shift key error
Probably you configured Shift-S as hotkey, you should not use any simple combination as Shift and a letter or Ctrl and a letter. It is better to use Ctrl-Shift-Letter or Win-Shift-Letter

Re: Screen Saver - Refreshing the list?
Hello, gPhotoShow keeps the list of files in the folder you found inside user profile. FilesSS-F.lst contains full file list for the screen saver, FilesSS-M0.lst is the list of files not displayed yet for monitor #1, this file contains the number of files and a list of indexes in the full list. Ever...
