Configuration is ok, files should be ordered correctly. Maybe missing files are excluded by Global Exclusions of Filters.
Did you try to click on "View files" in Images page ? Are all files listed ?
If yes then check Filters page maybe some files are excluded.

Hello, check the settings in gPhotoShow pro settings page "File Options", you must tick the option "Show files sequentially" then choose the sorting you wish, if alphabetical gPhotoShow will sort files name using "alphabetical" ordering this means the sequence: 1,102,10...

gPhotoShow uses windows media player , check if it is working and if the system mixer is not muted. There is nothing else to do, if it doesn't work it's because the windows media player installation is broken.
