Re: Cannot view new files since window 10 migration

Thanks for the log file, no image is displayed because there is a filter that excludes all files found by the directory scan. From the log I can't see filters configuration so I can't say why it excludes all files. Open the gPhotoShow configuration windows , Filters page and try to change the config...

Re: Cannot view new files since window 10 migration

Hello, when gPhotoShow displays a black screen it means is not able to find any picture in the configured folder so stays there waiting for pictures. I don't know the reason why it doesn't find pictures, maybe it has to do with file/directory permissions. Are those folders inside your user profile ?...

Re: Photowall keep resetting

Thanks for log files, I just analyzed them and I noticed your pc is very slow in loading images, it takes from 2 to 5 seconds for each image, this explains the slowdown. I also found a that DirectX returns the error D3DERR_DEVICENOTRESET. That error means DirectX device has been lost, usually it is ...

Re: Photowall keep resetting

Hello,
a log could help but if the photowall pauses or slows down it means gPhotoShow is not able to load images fast enough to keep the scrolling speed you set. Only solutions are to set bigger images or a slower speed.
Now you are a regular user and are allowed to attach files and send pm.

Re: Don't sleep

I agree, in fact there is a plugin for gPhotoShow Pro which can be used as slideshow or screen saver.
gPhotoShow Free version has been designed as screen saver so this feature will not be implemented

Re: Don't sleep

Hello, I think this option is rather useless, gPhotoShow is a screen saver and runs only when the system is idle. You can prevent turning off monitor or system stanby by configuring windows power saving options, they only work when system is idle exactly when gPhotoShow is running. Anyway gPhotoShow...

Re: How to set color of watermark text?

Hello, it should not work in that way, when you click on "More colors" it should open the standard window to choose colors and when you on a color from the popup the color should be selected. No other user reported this kind of issue, maybe it is caused by some utility you installed or by ...

Re: Surround sound

Here is the section for the Free version of gPhotoShow, if you write here I think are writing about it. Anyway I don't understand whether gPhotoShow doesn't see ac3 files or doesn't play them correctly, in the first case you have to add the ac3 extension in the "File types" window, make su...

Re: Surround sound

gPhotoShow Free can only play music with windows media player, gPhotoShow Pro in addition can send commands to WinAmp or iTunes. Please keep in mind support for WinAmp is limited to version 2.x but it should work also with version 5

Re: GIF animations

Hello,
WallpaperSS Pro it's a wallpaper changer, this means it builds a picture then uses the windows api to set it as current desktop wallpaper. The desktop is always handled by windows and since it doesn't support animated desktop there is no way to play animated gifs.
